Refund policy

We do our best to ensure you are happy with your order. If you wish to return your item(s) for any reason, we offer a 7-day return policy where the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return label and restocking fee. Please note that to be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, with tags, labels, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or order number as a proof of purchase.

Please note returns/refunds are only applicable to physical merchandise, refer to the exceptions section below to check if your item is eligible for returns. 

To initiate the return process, please contact us and provide your order number, photos of item(s) you are returning, and reason for the return as soon as possible. The item must be returned within 7 days after the order has been marked delivered.

Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process. We advise you use a reputable carrier and request for a tracking number. Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund or exchange.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, any food or beverage items, service rendered (ex. delivery, catering service)custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), items marked on 'Sale', discounted items, digital items, and e-gift cards or physical gift cards. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please include your order number, item description, notes, and photos to ensure that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Each product is made-to-order and for that reason we are not able to process exchanges.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded  with the amount of your purchase minus applicable shipping costs on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
